Clarity eCommerce provides solutions for single stores, multi-store configurations on up to global marketplaces. The Admin UI needs to provide the power to handle any and all of those scenarios. Not only does the interface provide for the intuitive management of users, accounts, orders, products, discounts, categories and attributes, it also allows you to manage your inventory, warehouses, vendors, stores, user roles and more.

The Admin UI also has the full documentation for the API, which is written on Service Stack, so it supports JSV, CSV, XML, JSON, SOAP and REST out of the box. Since the data collected is all in a SQL database, Dev Express (SQL report builder) is included so you can build your own custom reports.

Seller Interface

Clarity's Seller Dashboard—aka vendor dashboard—provides the same type of functionality as the interfaces on Amazon or Ebay. It allows sellers and vendors to upload their own products into the marketplace, set their own prices, adjust their own SEO meta tags for their listings, drag and drop multiple images, set and track inventory stock counts and more. Everything you need to showcase your products competitively.

On the back-end, it provides their sales totals for the month and day, allows the management and processing of orders processed through their store, customization of their store profile, update their own account settings for orders, returns and commission payments and any additional customizations Clarity adds for your specific needs.

The Buyer Dashboard is used to promote self-service, improve customer satisfaction and increase sales conversions. IT allows customers to view their orders and quote management, update account information, return products, pay invoices and re-order items in bulk. They can view and pay invoices in bulk, re-order from any past order, quote or invoice, store their bank and credit card info in a PCI DSS compliant wallet, and more.

To promote re-ordering and increase sales conversions, wish list, favorites and stock alerts are included, as well as being able to re-order any or all items from any past order, quote or invoice. Finally, custom Shopping lists can be made for any project or re-curring event (i.e. monthly office supplies of pens, paper, ink toner, etc.). Create as many of your own custom lists as you want to make re-ordering simple and quick.
