Hi, Ron, from Clarity. Today I'm going to show you how Clarity Connect, our integration platform, can integrate your Sage X3 enterprise management ERP with any front office portal. In this case, our Clarity eCommerce platform. As a side note, Clarity is also a certified X3 partner.

For the sake of today's demo, I'll only be syncing three fields. The first is the Sage eCommerce product description field, which our client has populated with the name of each of their products, so we map this to our eCommerce product name field. Next, they use the product field as a unique product ID field, which syncs with our unique product key. Finally, to have the product show up in the catalog, we're monitoring the product status field and mapping that to our is visible field.

Now that the fields are mapped, let's go look at our test product we've created in Sage. Under common data, we've got our products, and this is the most recent product we created. As you can see, just as the mapping showed, we've set our Clarity test product ID 7777 as active. After our first connect sync, we can now go over to our Clarity eCommerce admin UI and view the product that was created via that API.

To test that both directions of the integration are configured correctly, we're going to change the name of the product to Clarity Test Product Changed, and to show you what's going on behind the scenes, let's go into our Connect Hangfire queue.

We currently have the sync products job running every 15 minutes, so to see it run now, we'll just check the box for that job and click trigger now. You can see that it's triggering and now it's run, so we'll go back over to our Sage eCommerce UI, relaunch our products page, and we can see that the name's been updated per our edit.

Now this demo just showed you the three fields. In a normal integration, we're syncing dozens of fields, validating and creating users, looking up tiered pricing for affiliate types, pulling products in inventory accounts, pushing sales orders and quotes requests, processing purchase orders to vendors, and much more.
