Part 1 of a 12-part series RON HALVERSEN: Hi, Ron from Clarity. Protec is a B2B company and they sell to gyms for the most part like World's Gym, Gold's Gym. Things like that, but they'll also sell to certified instructors, but you have to be a certified trainer, personal trainer, instructor, or gym. So it is truly B2B eCommerce. The products that they sell, you can kind of see down here. It's like the kinesiology tape on his knee. They'll sell massage products, knee, lower leg, foot products. So they have a full catalog where I can click on me, and it'll go in and you can see the patella tendon... Don't even know what it's called. It's patella tendon wrap, or brace, or whatever it is, but they've got different knee supports and things like that. So then you can see here the different categories and things like that. So it's a standard eCommerce site for B2B. You can imagine that these gyms are going to order a lot of products, and they're going to reorder quite often. So one of the things we custom did for these guys, I'm going to go ahead and log in, and you'll see up here on top, quick order form pops up. But if I log in now and click on the quick order form, what we did with the quick order form was we built a little dynamic area here up top. They can actually go in via an attribute and say, "This is something." And, actually, this is tokenized. The promotion is tokenized, and then the product itself is tokenized. So that, basically, we could create a single form, but by them going in and saying, "For September, we're going to do the September special and put kinesiology tape." So they a could go in and say, "September Special, kinesiology tape, decide what the promotion is, and then go do an auto-apply certain discounts, or buy one, get one free, or whatever it is, and then go tag those specific products. So every time somebody clicks on quick order form, we dynamically go to the database and see if there are any customer specials, and that's this section. All of the other products... Remember, this right here. This basically matches their list of products. It matches this same list here. So what we basically did was we go down through and you could either vertically just go down through all the products. So if I just start scrolling down, you'll see, I could literally just scroll down, or I can use the little jump category and, see, I need to go to massage. Now that I'm in massage, I can go down and pick and say, "I need two of those. I need 13 of those." And then if I wanted, I could go back to top, and then jump down to knee, and then say, "I need two of these, four of those." I can see what my subtotal is so far, go back to the top, jump down to stretch, and you can kind of see, get a good idea of what I'm talking about. You could literally just go through here and say, "I need eight of these, four of these, six of these, seven of those." See my subtotal and go, "Yeah, I think we're good." So this is my subtotal so far. I can add selected to the cart, and now, my shopping cart is populated with all of those items, that $831 on the previous page, and I went in and ordered these quantities very quickly. So the quick order form is a custom way that we allow for B2B eCommerce to very quickly go through and reorder things without having to go through the whole entire cart, and they can literally very quickly, in sections, see every product in the section. We have six different methods for reordering. This just happens to be a custom one outside of those six. So, obviously, you've got things like wishlists, shopping lists, bulk order import. You've got the quick order and the checkout cart. You can reorder from past orders, past invoices, quotes, anything you want. So there's a lot of different ways out of the box to reorder, but this is a custom way if you want your B2B clients to have a really easy way to very quickly see everything that you have. We could even make that form in real time, go check to see what items are in stock, and not allow items to be ordered if they're not at stuff. Just a quick demo on the Protec quick order form.
