Extensive Back-End and Front-End Upgrades Austin, TX — June 19, 2018— Clarity Ventures announced today that it has partnered with San Diego International Airport (airport code SAN) to complete a multi-phase rollout of a major update to the airport’s website. The new website not only upgrades the technical features used to book flights but also significantly updates the UX/UI to improve customer interaction. “We worked very closely with the branding and designed agency hired by SAN,” said Ron Halversen, Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Clarity Ventures. “We significantly upgraded their DNN CMS to delivery to deliver both high end web design and a technical front. The infrastructure we created facilitates easy changes when we hand it over to the airport’s IT team.” Clarity provided training and resources to SAN’s internal team so that the site is easily upgradable in the future. Public-facing designs are easy to change while still retaining the ease-of-use for obtaining flight information, parking updates, and other services offered by the airport. The airport’s team can also expand on upgrades to the site, including advanced accessibility and SEO. “We worked hard to seamlessly incorporate the upgraded DNN operating system with the IT team’s Windows servers to ensure everything was properly deployed,” said Chris Reddick, President and CEO at Clarity Ventures. “The entire infrastructure is exponentially expandable to allow for growth of the site as the airport itself serves more travelers. The load balancing functions we included ensure that the site is fast and reliable every day of the year.” Because this is a multi-phase project, the work hasn’t stopped for either tech team. The ideal long-term scenario includes continued work with SAN to ensure that the airport can continue to take advantage of ongoing updates to technology.
