Ryan, our Director of Marketing, reviews 3 online sales portal options that are underrated and underused by most. If you try any of these out, please let us know how you like them (or don't like them) in the comments section! Video Transcript Hey guys, this is Ryan McLaughlin coming to you with another episode of the Clarity Video Series. I told you guys I wanted to keep these videos short. The last two I got really excited about the topic and kind of went over. If you've been following me on Twitter, I share with you guys some analytics to let you guys know or show you why it's really important for me to keep these under five minutes. So I'm going to try to do that now. I'm going to share with you three quick online sales tools that I think you need to be using if you're not already. The first is Visistat. Visistat is going to allow you to convert visitors that didn't convert when they came around to your site. So basically what that means is for B2B companies, also B2C companies that are focused on building partnerships, it allows you to get a dashboard of all the visitors that came to your site and then the information from a reverse IP lookup on those companies or on the people that came to your site. So essentially, what that means is it gives you a list of companies and company names that came and visited your site. Obviously, for B2C, you're not going to want to do this to target visitors directly, just because it's going to give you AT&T U-Verse, Verizon FiOS, whatever broader network they were using. But for companies or for businesses whose clients are other companies, it's going to give you the actual name of the network or the business that they came from, and you're going to be able to target that really specifically. The second one is SalesLoft. I'd be wrong if I didn't give these guys a shout out. I love these guys. They send me the e-mail every day about 5:00 a.m., letting me know what the changes were in my LinkedIn network for jobs or headlines. This is really useful for, first of all, network building. Second of all, if you've got prospects that are in your LinkedIn network, it allows you to see either promotions or changes in names to the positions that people have in those companies. Also, if you have current clients that are on your LinkedIn network, it allows you to go and see who got promoted, what's going on at the company, and obviously that information is really valuable. That gets dropped into your inbox every morning via SalesLoft. The last tool, it's kind of a combination of two tools, first of all live chat on your website and second of all Join.me. So, obviously, when you have live chat on your site, it allows you to attend to the visitors and address any questions they have or just kind of allow them to get to know your company better, quicker. But if you have Join.me on deck, it allows you to extend that relationship or extend that visit to a screen share. So you're able to demo your product. You're able to just kind of walk them through other things that you wouldn't be able to with a normal live chat session. Now my favorite live chat tool is called SnapEngage. You can get that at SnapEngage.com. I really like it because it has a co-browsing feature which allows you to actually guide the visitor or kind of take them around your site without them having to do anything. It's hands free for them, and you kind of browse them around and take them to the pages that you think are important to them or that might answer their questions. So that was, very quickly, three new sales tools. I hope you got at least one that you might be using here. Let me know if you do. Let me know how you like it or if you don't like it in the comments below. So I will see you next time. Have a great day. Video Screenshot Notes!
